Credit Termination Letter

To,

Mr. Richard Campbell,

#5, Preston, Lancashire,

London, PR1

Date : 15th August 2012

Subject : Termination of credit received from the bank

Dear Mr. Richard,

We are hereby writing this letter from XYZ International Bank that we regret to terminate the credit extended to you six months ago. There are many reasons for our taking this painful decision of credit termination.

Remember that when we extended the credit to your six months ago there were certain terms and conditions set out for offering the credit. But you have not fulfilled any of the terms in these months. We have always received late payment of your credit payments for which we have been levying late payment fees. Even after repeated warning letters from our bank you have never made the payment on time nor have you responded to our letters at any point of time.

This attitude is not something that the bank can agree to and feel that we will not be able to continue the credit offered to you. We therefore request that you make full settlement of the credit offered by us within 14 days of receipt of this letter. You can find out the outstanding balance from the phone numbers mentioned below. Please take this credit termination letter as final decision from our side and make payment of your outstanding credit with us.

Yours Truly,

Mac Brown

Credit Report Dispute Letter

To,

Mr. Christopher S Robin,

Manager – ABC Credit Agency

#6, Balerno, Edinburgh,

London, EH14

Date : 29th July 2012

Subject : Letter to dispute credit report sent by your agency

Dear Mr. Christopher,

I have recently received a credit report from your agency which gives complete information of my entire outstanding credit. But I have found a lot of errors in the credit report. The first error is that my surname has been mis-spelt as Rodin instead of Robin. Secondly the credit report shows an outstanding amount in one of my credit card for which I have made payment in full last month. Thirdly there is a credit card outstanding amount reflecting in my credit report where I do not hold any such card.

I request to kindly take immediate action to rectify these mistakes in my credit report. I have always been an honest payer of all credit cards and have never defaulted in any of my credit payments so far. With the credit report that has been sent by your agency it affects my creditworthiness very badly and is not something that is acceptable to me.

I therefore request you to act immediately on my credit report dispute letter and rectify the errors accordingly. I am enclosing my bank statement and latest credit card statements for you to do the needful at the earliest.

Thanking you.

Yours Truly,

Anne Robin.

Credit Refusal Letter

To,

Ms. Jennifer Abraham,

#12, Redruth, Cornwall,

London, TR16

Date : 12th August 2012

Subject : Refusal letter for credit request

Dear Ms. Jennifer,

We received your credit request application dated 01st August 2012. We regret to inform you that at the moment we are unable to process your credit request for varied reasons which have been explained as under.

Firstly we have set a certain benchmark for employees seeking credit with our bank. Your annual income does not meet the benchmark requirements that have been stipulated by our bank. Secondly our bank has a policy to provide credit to only those employees who work for A+ rated companies. Unfortunately the company you are presently working for is not part of the A+ rated companies. Lastly on evaluation of your credit card bills we have found that you have made late payment on your credit card outstanding more than five times in the preceding financial year. As our bank also has a policy not to issue credit to credit card defaulters who have defaulted more than three times in one financial year we will not be able to extend any credit to you.

We are returning back all the documents of employment, personal information and credit card statements submitted by you for obtaining the credit. We once again regret that we are unable to extend credit to you.

Yours Sincerely,

Teresa Gomes.

Credit Payoff Letter

To,

Mr. Ross. A Velvett,

#22, Milton Keynes,

Buckinghamshire,

London, MK10

Date : 14th November 2012

Subject : Credit payoff  letter intimation

Dear Mr. Ross,

We are writing this letter in furtherance of our earlier letter asking you to make the payment of outstanding credit enjoyed by you in our bank. Please recollect that in response to your request for credit we instantly offered you credit from our back at the lowest possible rate.

It was on account of your financial credibility and past records that we extended this credit facility to you. But unfortunately ever since we have given this credit you have been a regular defaulter with the payments. Even after repeated reminders you have not paid any amount towards the outstanding amount. On account of your default and repeated levy of interest the credit offered by us in your account has multiplied thrice.

While we will be able to wave off the interest part levied in your credit account you will be bound to pay the actual credit availed from our bank. We hereby give you a final warning to payoff the credit in total within 14 days of receipt of this letter or face legal action from the bank.

You are free to have a discussion with executives of our credit recovery department for knowing the credit outstanding and any other information you want to know.

Yours Truly,

Norma Lewis
