Drafting Complain Letter

A Complaint Letter is a form of formal communication wherein the annoyance in the senders’ mind is required to be portrayed in such a way; that the recipient of the letter is urged to find an immediate solution to the grievance which has been put forward to him or her. There are some technical aspects of the Complaint letters which are needed to be considered while drafting such a letter.

The Complaint should be written as the subject of the letter so that the recipient is made aware of the reason for the letter being drafted, the moment the letter is opened. It is advisable that the subject should be bolded. Also, the Complaint Letter should be kept short and to-the-point. One should avoid usage of rude language, even if the Complaint is desperate; since it gives an impression of an unprofessional attitude of the person drafting the Complaint Letter.

Besides this, the shops adjacent to the college are also fed up of the menace which the hoodlums from this college are causing. This letter is drafted as a written complaint against these college students. The negligence which the misbehavior from these people received initially has encouraged them to reach this level. I, Jane Willis, hereby, put this plea in front of the entire police department via this letter, to get rid of this behavior as soon as possible. We have full faith in the judiciary and the execution of the law from the police department.

The next thing is associated with the trial rooms. The trial rooms are very small and pose a problem for over-sized people. Moreover, the trial rooms have only single mirror while most of the reputed malls have mirrors on all the walls of the trial rooms. The sanitation factor especially in the loo needs to be taken into account as well. All these things will make your mall a better choice for us.
