This letter is to make you aware of some of the features which are very annoying for the patrons which you entertain. First of all, the staff of the clothing department should be changed for the reason that they have no dressing sense. It is very annoying to bear them in front of us while choosing the clothes. Moreover, they constantly make their presence apparent by pestering us with the features of anything and everything which patrons approach.
The next thing is associated with the trial rooms. The trial rooms are very small and pose a problem for over-sized people. Moreover, the trial rooms have only single mirror while most of the reputed malls have mirrors on all the walls of the trial rooms. The sanitation factor especially in the loo needs to be taken into account as well. All these things will make your mall a better choice for us.
