Dear Dad,

I am writing this letter to wish my family a very Merry Christmas and  Happy New Year in advance. I would not be able to join you all this year for celebrating Christmas, so I am writing this letter.

I still remember my childhood days when we used to celebrate Christmas together. I remember that I used to fight with my brothers while decorating Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. Christmas has always meant to be the time to enjoy the wonderful dinner prepared by mom, the togetherness that we share as family. I hope you all are planning to have a wonderful time.
