Dear sir/ madam,

I, Mrs. Smith, am forced to write this letter in utter regret for the contract which I have entered with the Gamma products ltd. There are certain clauses of the contract which I have been breached from your side. First and foremost, the clause of free home delivery has been made a mockery. There had been no delivery even after 2 days of order being made. Then, I had to spend the extra buck and even the extra time for fetching the product which was meant to be delivered free of charge.

The accessories which are mentioned in the contract and those which are accompanying the product are totally a mismatch in terms of quality. There is sheer annoyance developing this side and an immediate response is expected. Also, the reason for the breaching of the contract and the compensation for the same is to be done, as per the compensation clause.

I, Mr. Ian Morgan, the human resource officer from the Hotel Holiday Destination, am writing this letter to elucidate the fact that there are some changes due in the employment contract which we share. The association so far with the college has been very fruitful and the hotel management seeks to continue the contract for the coming 5 years as well. However, there are some changes which the hotel management wants to induce in the clauses of the employment contract.

The prime change is that the recruits will now need to sign a bond with the hotel for a time period of 3 years as against the earlier clause for bond of 30 months. On the other hand, the training session has also been increased by 20 days to meet the global standards in the hospitality industry. Other than these clauses, other minor changes are also apparent in the contract.

SUBJECT- The contract details for construction of playground.

Dear sir/ madam,

This letter has been drafted to review the details of the contract which is being contemplated for the construction of the playground on the KLCC ground area. The area for the construction of the playground is to be divided in three segments. The first one-third part of ground shall be reserved for the plants and the saplings to be planted. This part shall cover the rim of playground and even the brink of inner circle.

The next segment would be for setting up of playing tools for children. It should be taken into account the clause in the contract makes it obligatory that all the playing tools are approved for children less than 12 years of age. The final segment shall be an open ground. The earlier clause said that only grass cover shall be in limited area; but it is now amended that grass cover will span across the entire ground.

Re: To Ensure Expedite Payment of Eighth Installment- Contract HT-11-98768

Please accept our sincere thanks for your active cooperation and assistance since the inception of the project. However, we would like to invite your attention to our inability of going further in the last phase of proposed hotel construction in view of severe cash crunch. With project in its final phase, approximately 90% of construction is complete. Thus entire work ranging from the fire protection system to the water reservoir service with 6 days water reserve is completed as planned in the project’s outline report.

However we have not still received the final installment due to which we are unable to complete the project within the pre-set deadlines. Thus, we kindly request you for your speedy sanction so as to facilitate us to keep our words for which we are known for. Furthermore, the delays in the phase of completion of the projects also influence its overall cost. So any further suspension is surely going to increase its cost as the overrun projects are only over cost ones. Thus, in our mutual interests we request you to take care of it.
