Subject: Termination from the services of our company
Dear Mr. James,
We regret to inform you that you are terminated from services with immediate effect. The decision came after the Board of Directors reviewed the series of complaints received against you. There are many complaints received both from the customers and employees with regard to your misconduct and bad behavior on several occasions. From this very day you will cease to be an employee of our organization. The misconduct shown by you is much beyond the ethical values ushered by our company and this cannot be ignored at any cost. You are given a notice period of one month before you are relieved from your services to our company.
Though we do understand that you are a very capable employee and shown great managerial skills, we cannot ignore your behavior which you failed to rectify even after multiple warnings. The decision of the Board of Directors is final on your termination and cannot be revoked at any cost.
We hope that you will mend your behavior and find a more suitable job. We wish you best of luck for all your future endeavors.
