Sub- Termination of Landlord Lease
Ref- Lease Agreement No. 1478/ Dated June 10, 2009
I with this letter would like to inform you that I am going to terminate the lease agreement that I have with you for your land in Alabama. The sudden decision of termination of lease agreement came when I decided to take another land on lease in Arizona.
So, I cannot renew the lease this time onwards and hereby request you to comply with this termination by fulfilling the conditions of termination from your side. Since, the lease agreement is actually going to terminate on June 10, 2011 I thought that I would be better to give you prior intimation of the termination.
I would like to thank you for giving your land on lease to me and expect early reply to this letter.
