Relationship Sorry Letter

To,

Jessica,

Rocky Hills, Montana

June 12, 2012

Dear Jessica,

I am so sorry I hurt you and made you cry. You are the most beautiful thing in my life and I can’t believe I caused you so much pain by saying hurtful things. I know your work is very important to you and instead of supporting you I was focusing on my insecurities and saying things like you do not care for me. That was very wrong of me and I love you very much.

I know how much you care about me and the relationship and I appreciate everything you do. I know it takes a lot of time and effort to manage both the house and work and I respect you for that. I will try to help you in the house rather than expect you to do everything for me. Please tell me if there is anything more I can do because I want you to be happy with me.

You mean so much to me and I will say it once again: I love you and I am sorry for all the misunderstandings and the pain I caused by my awful behavior. Please forgive me so that we can move on.

Yours sincerely

Matthew

Sorry Letter to Boss

To,

Mr Arthur Jennings

Manager, Clear Microsystems Inc

833 Roger Road, Utah

June 11, 2012

Respected Sir,

Please accept this letter as my formal apology for any inconvenience caused due to my misbehavior on June 9, 2012. I feel mortified when I think how I have caused trouble and problems for my team members because of my carelessness and then the argument which followed the incident. Instead of taking responsibility for my actions, I started defending myself and putting the blame on others so that my image in the office remains positive. What I did not realize that by getting into an argument I was belittling myself and also insulting my coworkers, where I should have just accepted my mistake so that we could move on.

Please forgive me for my actions and I ensure you that this will never happen in the future. I intend to be professional and contribute towards the organization through hard work and dedication and will try to make up for all the problems I have caused to you and the company.

I respect you a lot and request you to please give me a chance to prove myself through my work and behavior. Once again, I am very sorry.

Yours sincerely

Matt Darris

Sorry Letter to Customer

To,

Ms. Donice Morris,

732 Grey Line Road, Waco

June 11, 2012

Subject: Apology for misbehavior of customer care executive

Dear Ms Morris,

We have come to know of an unfortunate incident you had with our customer service department and we would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the customer service executive’s behavior. We have noted down your complaint (number 797329SA) and would like to let you know that strict action will be taken against the employee. He is a new employee with very less experience and so his attitude towards his job was over enthusiastic and lacking proper judgment.

We are by no means excusing his behavior but I would like to request you not to take any legal action against the company as we are very sorry for what happened. As a token of our gratitude, please accept the offer of free servicing of all appliances of our company that you own for up to three years. We will also make sure that the faulty air conditioner is replaced by us at no extra cost so that you do not face any further problem.

Once again, we are very sorry for the incident. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Yours sincerely

Sorry Letter to Cousin

To,

Libby

Sun Valley, Idaho

June 11, 2012

Dear Libby,

I am so sorry about what happened the other night and I feel really bad that we fought over something so petty and trivial. I regret every word I said to you and how I hurt you with my behavior. It all started because of a misunderstanding and things just kept piling up in my mind. I know that I should have told you what is bothering me way before things got out of hand. But instead I went to Artie and told me what was hurting me. I did not mean to gossip about you or say mean things about you.

But I was so angry that I needed to vent. Please believe me that I did not mean half the things I said. I do not blame Artie for coming and telling everything to you because some way or another you would have to come to know this anyway. I just wished I had come to you first to clear things up instead of getting other people in our family involved.

Please forgive me for everything I did to hurt you and I hope we can have a good time Cousin Danny’s wedding.

Yours sincerely

Millie

Sorry Letter to Aunty

To,

Aunt Jenna

Little Valley, California

June 11, 2012

Dear Aunt Jenna,

I do not even know how to begin the letter after having caused so much pain to you. Please accept this as my apology for breaking your trust yesterday and sneaking out of the house with my friends in the middle of the night. I can imagine how scared you were when you did not find me in my room and later heard about the accident on Elmer Road where two of my friends were hurt.

I assure you that I did not realize that things would get so out of hand; we just wanted to have so some fun but now I realize that underage drinking and driving is not only dangerous but can also jeopardize my future forever. You have been a mother figure to me and I respect you a lot. This is why I am so ashamed that I hurt you so much with my words and actions. I will never go anywhere without informing you, neither will I stay up late with my friends and indulge in drinking. In fact, I will also try to educate my friends about the consequences of drinking and driving.

I am very sorry for everything.

Yours sincerely

Sorry Letter to Teacher

To,

Ms. Mary Williams,

Class teacher, Flower Bud Valley Junior High

June 11, 2012

Subject: Apology for my misbehavior and cheating in exam

Respected Ma’am,

I would like to sincerely apologize for cheating during an exam conducted by you on June 10, 2012 and the inconvenience caused due to argument that followed the incident. I am deeply ashamed of my behavior and feel a lot of remorse for not only breaking your trust by bringing a notebook with written answers in the exam hall, but also causing you pain through my hurtful words.

I have no excuse for my behavior that day and I know I have caused trouble earlier also. I wish you are able to forgive me for what I did so that I get a chance to show you that I am sorry for everything and we can move on. I respect you as a teacher and find your ways of teaching truly inspiring. I was scared that if I don’t get good grades I will be a failure. But I realize that this was not the right thing to do.

I promise you that I will work very hard and would again like to say sorry for my misbehavior.

Yours sincerely

Volunteer Solicitation Letter

To,

Mr. Jamie Singer,

993 Lilly Avenue, New York

June 11, 2012

Subject: Request for volunteers for tutoring underprivileged students

Dear Mr Singer,

I am writing to you on behalf of Diamondville High School, where we provide an all-round learning atmosphere to our students whereby they get exposure to the different aspects of society and also get a chance to study with children belonging to varied strata of the community. We have a goal to educate every child, no matter what race, religion or financial background they belong to, and for that we have a program called Educate One and All where we take special classes for children who cannot attend regular school.

Our staff members work extra time to teach these children but we need more volunteers to take these classes and we think your organization will be able to support us by tutoring, handling teaching equipment and helping with the campus beautification process.

If you agree to support this partnership, we shall develop a relationship that is beneficial to not only us but also your company, the employees and the students. Please contact me if you have any further questions and we will take it from there.

Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely

Mr. James Leroy,

Manager, New Connect Inc,

893 Woodrow Lane, Austin

June 11, 2012

Subject: Request for contribution to Down Syndrome Walk of Austin, 2012

Dear Mr Leroy,

Our company Goal Gym is participating in the Down Syndrome Walk of Austin, 2012 to be held in Austin on June 30, 2012 and we require your support. The walk will be a fun event where over 500 participants are expected to participate, including people with Down Syndrome and their families. There are many people who are still not aware of this condition and through this walk we hope to raise awareness about the problem and how to deal with it. It is an opportunity for people with similar condition to come together and see it as a challenge and not a disability, and a chance for others to know how to assimilate with those suffering from Down Syndrome.

It is a worthy cause and our company is committed to raise $50,000 towards the walk and we are looking forward to your contribution to reach this goal. We value our partnership with you and hope that you will support us in this cause. Please contact me if you need any other information.

Thanking you
