20th July 2012

Subject: Apology Letter for Behavior

Dear Mr. Adam

I am writing this letter to apologize for my yesterday’s behavior. I would like to remind that yesterday I went to your bank at around 10’o clock in the morning and I went to the customer care executive of your branch to enquire about the status of my application for granting housing loan. The bank executive asked me to contact you since I have submitted the application three months ago.

Unfortunately on getting a negative feedback from your side; I became furious and misbehaved with you. I felt very bad afterwards for the incident as I had completely lost my temper at that particular instant. I would like to mention here that I am a patient of high blood pressure as a result I lose my patience often. I would like to apologize once again for my rough behavior and feel very remorseful for the incident. I know that you are bound by various rules and regulations as a bank manager but I lost my control yesterday when I was asked to wait further for the loan. I am really sorry once again.

Hope that you will forgive me and look forward for a long term relationship with your bank of international repute.

Thanking you

Neil Gilchrist

Subject: Corporate apology letter

Dear Mr. Ben

I am writing this letter to apologize for the delay in supply for the dolomite to your plants because of some unfavorable circumstances created by the labor organization of our company. The employees affiliated with the labor unions of our company have ceased their work in protest against the pending revision of their wages. The management of our company is continuously in talks with the labor unions to address their demands. However the deadlock remains because no solution has been reached till date despite several rounds of meetings. As a result the production of our company is suffering and we are facing loses in the tune of over $ 50000 per day. We are dispatching dolomite to your plants every alternate day instead of everyday. The reduced production is possible only because of the efforts by the executives of our company.

Hope that you will understand the situation we are struck into and will cooperate with us in the near future. I can promise the supplies will get back to normal once the situation in our company improves.

Thanking you

New Career Announcement Letter

To

Lance Bond

20th July 2012

Dear Dad

Hope that this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing this letter to inform you about one of the toughest decision of my life which I could not gather the courage to covey you through the telephone. I have decided to give up my studies in civil engineering because after studying the subject for two years; I have been able to discover that is it not my cup of tea. I used to enjoy studying the subjects of civil engineering initially but now I have lost my inertest in it. I would like to pursue my new career in the field of abstract photography for which I have got the passion and aptitude right from my childhood days. After thinking for a very long time I came to the conclusion that a career in the field of photography is the ultimate thing for me. I have taken transfer certificate from my engineering college and have secured admission in one of the most reputed photography institute of our country located in Eastern London.

Hope that you will support and respect my decision of switching over to a new career.

Yours lovingly

Mike Atkinson
