Subject: Letter offering appointment as trustee of Robinson Family Trust
Dear Mr. Lawson,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as the trustee of the esteemed Robinson Family Trust with effect from August 1, 2012. In accordance to the powers granted to us under Section II.1 of the above mentioned trust, we hereby confirm that you will replace our current trustee Mr. Robert Dane and take over all his duties and responsibilities. Your annual salary shall be $150,000 along with additional benefits keeping with the policies of the trust.
We are hereby enclosing the acceptance letter which you must sign if you officially accept this appointment and return it to us within July 25, 2012, and keep a copy for yourself. The terms and conditions of this appointment are also described in details in the additional document enclosed. Your duties and responsibilities will be further explained if you accept this offer.
