Please accept this letter as the formal notification of your appointment as the head contractor for the Road Authority of California’s highway construction project GW-II. You and your company RealWorks Construction Company shall be responsible for completing the construction of the 600-mile highway within the deadline of July 22, 2013. You shall be in charge of arranging for resources, equipment and labor with the budget allotted for the project.

You will find an acceptance letter also enclosed which you need to sign and return to us and keep a copy for yourself.
