Subject: Rental agreement cancellation letter of my house number 34.
Dear Jackson,
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I wish to cancel the rental agreement that we entered in November 2010 regarding my House Number 34, located at Avenue Hills. As per the agreement, the house mentioned above was given on a rent to you for a period of 2 years starting from 1st of November, 2010.
Now, due to some personal reasons, I have to sell this house and thus wish to cancel the present rental agreement. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, I am giving you a notice period of 15 days to vacate the house and thus you are requested to hand over the property in proper condition by 31st of August, 2012.
You have given me a security deposit of $300 which I will give you back at the time of giving hand over of the property. I wish to let you know that you were undoubtedly a very good tenant throughout and always paid your rent on time. Please let me know if you have any queries or doubts.
