With reference to your letter of recommendation received on Saturday, March 2nd, 2012, we have interviewed your referred candidate Mr. Charles Atkinson for the job position of Sales Manager. We have considered and carefully reviewed the performance and experience of the candidate by evaluating the credentials and curriculum vitae.
During the interview session, we have noticed that the recommended candidate does not have appropriate knowledge and understanding of Sales field. Thus, we are unable to appoint him as a sales manager of Rainbow Sales Pvt. Ltd. Unfortunately; we have to decline this recommendation letter for the recruitment of Mr. Atkinson.
