Referring to your scholarship application dated March 1st, 2012, we have gone through your scholarship request for the Arts Department scholarship program of 2012. We have contacted the Arts department for compiling your overall academic reports and your contribution in the extracurricular activities to finalize your eligibility for this scholarship program.
As per our records and feedback, we found that you are not eligible for this Scholarship program. Thus, we decline your application of scholarship. We require 85% marks in overall academics for scholarship whereas you have scored only 72% which is less to enrol for scholarship program 2012.
