Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the invitation sent to your organization for the Annual Corporate Companies Meet has been declined. The reason for declining the invitation has been mentioned below.

The Annual Corporate Companies Meet is conducted once every year and the members taking part in this meeting are the representatives of the corporate companies who have a ranking between one to ten with Highest Turnover Report of that specific year. Earlier there was a mistake from our end as we had had wrong statistics and had ranked your company number ten. Later as per the accurate statistics we found that your company is ranked fifteen. That’s the reason why we had to cancel your invitation.
