Subject: Cancellation of cleaning and plumbing service.
Respected Mr. Woolmer,
This letter is to inform you that I would like to cancel the cleaning and plumbing service that you had agreed to provide to the office premise of our organization.
We had entered into a contract on 31st of January 2012 at our office premise. We would we shifting our office premise to a different city, so now it makes no sense to get the office cleaned and plumbing work done.
As per our records we had paid you a certain amount as advance for your services. We would request you to return the amount and we will acknowledge you with a receipt. You can refund the amount with a pay check or do an online transfer.
