Dear Mrs. Francis,
I am writing to you on the behalf of New Life N.G.O to inform you that we are initiating a project for poor kids named as “Each one Teach one” on Sunday May 13th, 2012 in King Jorge Hall. To make this goodwill project successful, we require fifteen student volunteers for this as this project belongs to the children. Kindly find enclosed a detailed overview of this Children goodwill project to grab an idea about this.
As it is a children wellbeing project, we appeal you to send student volunteers aged between 12- 14 to help us in this welfare project. We have appealed ten schools in New Jersey for providing us student volunteers for making this project success.
