Subject: – Request letter for the transfer to the new branch office
Respected Sir,
I have been working in the organization for 5 years now and I came to learn about the Expansion of the company to different new regions. I am proud to be associated with such an esteemed organization. I have been a dedicated worker to the organization and have put my whole hearted effort to grow with the organization. I came to know that the company is expanding to Manhattan and I am therefore writing to express my interest to shift my duties to the new developing branch office.
As the company is aware that I am originally from Manhattan and when I had joined this job I had to relocate here. Now as the company is developing a new office there I would be eagerly interested to shift to Manhattan. I have my family there and I will be a lot more comfortable to work from my home place which would in turn increase my efficiency level.
I hope that you will understand my situation and will accept my application for the transfer.
