Respected Mr. Woo,
This letter is in regards to the tender passed by your governing body with tender number 67890 and given to us for the construction of Alabama River City Bridge. This is to bring to your notice that we are authorizing Jack Ripper to act on behalf of our organization in all matters related to the tender.
You will be holding a meeting on 5th of July 2012 to discuss in detail about the terms and conditions of the tender and had asked us to send a representative from our organization with proper authorization letter. This is the purpose for writing this particular letter. Jack Ripper works in our organization as a Public Relations Manager. He will be attending the meeting and discussing the terms to be complied by our organization while undertaking the construction project. He would also discuss the cost details with you.
Any act carried out by the representative will be considered to have same effect similar to our acts.
