Dear Miss Dawson,
I would like to formally thank you for the hard work and dedication you have put in to make our Reach Out program so successful, in spite of being in your final year where there is an additional pressure of performing in your studies. I know how difficult it can be to manage your grades, extra-curricular activities, TA duties and also take responsibility of handling the Reach Out program. But I want you to know that we appreciate what you do and feel very proud to have you as a student in Green Valley College.
What you are doing for the small community here will one day prove to be a very big contribution because these underprivileged children are getting a second chance at life. They respond to you because you are young and understand what they are going through and your vibrant personality makes you approachable and popular. I am also glad that you have been able to get very good grades which shows your maturity and is evidence of the hard work you put in everything.
