Brad has been residing in our neighborhood since last three years. He is very peaceful and helpful as a neighbor. We never had any issues with him since he moved into our neighborhood. He is also very socially responsible as a person. He ensures that the neighborhood is always clean by dumping his garbage in the garbage truck. He never disturbs anyone by playing loud music and takes care of all his neighbors.
He deserves to get the citizenship card and so I request you to issue him the same.
