Respected Mr. Pitt,
This is to bring to your notice that I, James Watt owner of Sun Shine Building authorize Sam Mendes to act as my agent in all matters related to the building. I would request you to consider this as a permit authorization letter.
I stay in Oklahoma City which is far away from New York where the building is located so it is becomes impossible for me to take care of matters related to the building. Sam Mendes is a very responsible person and has experience of working as agents of the building. He will take care of renovation of building if required. He will also be responsible for collecting the rent and maintenance tax from the tenants and residents. In case any paperwork related to the building needs to be done and submitted to the State Municipal Corporation you can get in touch with him. He will answer any queries on my behalf and will sign all the formal documents.
I am enclosing my id proof along with signature and legal papers of the building.
