Respected Mr. Eagles,
This letter is in regards with my sixteen year old son Robert Downey Senior who will be travelling to Spain alone on 1st of July 2012 for the purpose of higher studies. This is to bring to your notice that I am authorizing my son to travel abroad alone.
My son Robert has got a scholarship to study in University of Spain. As he is a minor we were asked by authorities from your organization to provide a parental authorization letter as he is still a minor. We are fine with our son travelling alone and he has our full consent. In Spain he will be staying with a friend’s relatives place instead of the University hostel. We are also completely fine with that. We request you to give him the permission and fulfill the legal documentation process as we have given a written authorization now.
I am enclosing photocopies of required id proofs of mine and my wife with our signature on it to validate as his parents.
