Subject: Agreement letter regarding Annual State Big Wins lottery
Dear Ms Tanner,
I would like to present this letter as a formal agreement regarding our participation in the Annual State Big Wins lottery to be held on August 1, 2012 at 782 Mulholand Drive in Los California. We hereby agree that we shall pay for the lottery ticket together at a ratio of 40:50, the latter contribution being yours, and based on that, if we win the lottery at any position, we shall split the winning amount in a similar ratio, 40:50, the latter being your share.
We will also share any tax payment on the winning amount in the same ratio so that there is no conflict later. If we win, we will go to collect the prize money together. I will encash the check, and when the money is deposited, I will transfer your share to your account. These are the basic terms I can think of. If you want to add any more points, please feel free to add them in your reply, along with the ones I have already mentioned. I am looking forward to the lottery.
