I was reading the newspaper yesterday and was delighted upon reading your name in the list of persons who passed the licensure examination for doctors. Congratulations, dear friend for finally fulfilling your dream of becoming a doctor!
I know that it was a long and hard road you travelled before finally reaching your goal and I admire you for succeeding. You did not let financial constraint stop you from going to medical school and now, you have shown me that everything is possible as long as you put your mind to it and put in a lot of time and effort. I know that the hardship you endured is all worthwhile, especially since you are really passionate about helping to treat people who are less fortunate.
