Subject: Legal Warning Letter for non payment
Mr. Billy Hansen
We the Carson Developers provided repair and building services for your resort about five months ago. The contract we framed states that 50 % of the payment has to be made in advance while the rest on completion of the work. We have written you on three different occasions earlier regarding the amount that is yet to be settled in favor of our firm.
We completed the work on the 15th January 2010, but the rest of the payment due on the completion of the project has not been cleared. Also we have not received any reply from the department regarding the three previous letters we addressed to you for the same reason.
It is with great regret that we have to inform you, that if we do not receive any response and the amount due to the firm is not cleared we shall be forced to sort for legal help.
We hope to get a positive response to the earliest.
