Subject: Job leaving letter

Respected Sir,

I want to take this opportunity to thank every member of this organization who has helped me grow professionally as well as personally. It has been a knowledge sharing experience all these years working with Simon Inc. The culture and work environment over here will always be remembered for years to come. It has been a great place to work and share my knowledge and abilities. I am very glad for working at such an efficient workplace and advancing my career.

I have received a chance to use this knowledge at an organization in U.K. for the position of Assistant Director. Please accept my resignation for I have to leave for the new job in the coming month.

My good memories and a positive word of mouth will always stay with your organization.

Yours’ sincerely,

Simon Conwell,
