Dear Mr. Paul,
I hereby bring to your notice that I am quitting from my job with effect from this month end. I will be working for this month which I will be serving as my notice period before quitting from the job. I have had a satisfactory association with our company so far. The primary reason for my quitting this job is advancement in my career and a better offer from another company.
