Dear Dr. Kohler
I am the sales head of the pharmaceutical company named XYZ group of pharmaceuticals. I recently had an abdominal surgery for the gastric stone. This surgery was performed by Dr, Kelley from your clinic. It has been one month since I underwent that surgery. I was admitted in the hospital for a week after which I got discharged with the medication details to be followed.
Now I need to join back my office where in I will have to go the field for the visits of the customers. I am looking for your permission for the field visit along with my sales representatives. Please find attached all my medical reports for your perusal.
