Dear Mr Spencer,
I, Ms Mary Swanson, had taken a credit from your bank in the previous month in the form of Home Renovation Loan for a term of 2 years. But in the recent past due to the increase in the rates of raw materials, the overall estimate for the work of Home Renovation has risen considerably. Thus, I request you to increase my credit limit from existing 15000$ to 18000$.
I have been following your bank instructions lately and am forwarding this application for the same along with all necessary documents and the processing fee. I, thereby, request you to kindly approve my request in the best of client interest.
