Subject: Claim letter for insurance
Dear Mr. Clooney
This letter is in reference claim insurance on my car. The insurance policy number of the car is 78965 B. Following are the accidental details:
On the evening of 7th December 2011 I was driving through the forest lane when a car driven very rashly from the wrong side banged my car from the backside. The traffic inspector there also lodged a complaint against that driver whose copy has been attached with this letter.
The backside of my car was smashed along with the tail light and its backside bumper. My insurance papers clarify that I can apply for this claim. Kindly check all the required documents for your perusal that have been attached with this letter.
I’ll appreciate if you look into this matter and reimburse my money as soon as possible.
