Respected Mr. Lee,

The purpose of writing this letter is to claim for the courier amount that I had paid to your company to deliver my courier. The order number of the courier is A567.

I had couriered a parcel from your courier company on 20^th of January 2012. I was charged $100 for availing your services. I had a word with the individual to whom I had sent the courier but he said that he has not received it yet. So, I would like to claim the amount that I had paid you in order to avail your service. I also want the parcel to be returned.

I believe that you will look into the matter and I will be compensated.
