Respected Mr. Woo,
I would like to inform you that your payment for the delivery of consignment made by us is still outstanding. We had delivered a consignment of tuna fish to your organization on 4th of January 2012.
It was promised to us that we would receive the full payment within next one week. But it is more than one month and we still have not received the payment. The total outstanding amount is $4000. I would request you to make the payment as soon as possible. If the payment is made we can have further business associations.
I would request you to process the claim amount as we are a small organization and it becomes difficult for us to operate if payment is outstanding.
