Subject; Claim for the damage of my car.
Dear Mr. Cooper,
This letter is to claim for my car that has suffered damages due to an accident. My car insurance number is CR 8978.
I had insured my car on November 2011 which is a Ford make with model number XS4. Recently while driving on the highway a truck that was travelling at a breakneck speed came and hit my car. As a result, the bumper has been damaged and all the headlights are broken. The windshield has also broken. I would like to claim for the amount spent on repairing that is around $1000.
I would be highly grateful if you look into the matter and process my claim. I am herewith enclosing all the necessary documents needed for the claim.
