Dear Mr Kahn,
I, Mr Strauss, am writing this letter as an appeal for the improvement in the quality of the construction materials which are supplied to the Ballistic Dam project. As you may be aware of the fact that the quality of the construction materials has to be top notch for sensitive projects like of a dam and this is the reason why our construction firm has trusted our business relationship of years for this dam project.
However, the trust has not been fulfilled by the quality which has been offered to us. Hence, I, on behalf of KDMC Constructions Ltd, appeal you to have some strict and urgent steps taken in this context. If something is not done in this regard at the earliest then the work at the dam site has to be stalled resulting in undesirable consequences for both the sides. I hope this appeal will not go unheard.
