Subject: Apology for indecent behavior
Dear Ms Tyler,
I deeply regret my behavior and pain caused to you because of my words and actions and would like to sincerely apologize to you through this letter. I cannot even begin to say how mortified I was when I realized what I had done and said to you. Please believe me when I say this is not the kind of person I am. I have a lot of respect for women and my mother and sisters continue to inspire me every day.
What I said to you was spoken in an intoxicated state and even then it is not an excuse for such a despicable act. You are a very strong and capable woman and I respect your work and contribution to our community. I would request you to not press any charges against me as I am a family man and for the sake of my kids please forgive me for what I have done.
I know it is a lot to ask but I assure you that I will never bother you again and will also publicly announce my apology. Please forgive me.
