How are you? Have you been helping your dad finish your tree house? Be careful with using a hammer, you might hurt your hands. Anyway, it’s really a good thing that you decided to take care of Martha while your parents are away. I heard you did a great job. Your parents must be really proud.

What are your plans for Christmas? You told me you want a new car. That one that’s as big as your dad’s. I was wondering if you already have a license for it. You need one to drive something like that. But since you’re still young, I don’t think you’ll be allowed to have one. I saw a better and suitable gift for you other than that. I hope you like it.
