Subject: Reservation cancellation at your hotel.
I am writing this letter to request you to kindly cancel my reservations at your hotel that I made on 5th August 2012 for 2 rooms which were to be occupies on 15th of August, 2012. I was informed to give a notice, two days prior to the reserved date, so I am writing to notify you for the same.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to some urgent appointments and prior commitments with my company, I had to shift my flight for one month. As mentioned on your website, under the cancellation process and procedures, I am entitled to have my full deposit back in case I file my cancellation before 2 days of reserved date. I therefore request you to kindly transfer 100$ back to my bank account in the name of Bank of Buckingham, with the account number 392039022.
I hope to visit your hotel the next month along with my family for leisure purpose. I hope you understand my request for the cancellation of the reservation at your hotel.
