Subject: Provisional admission letter

Dear Mr. Alistair

I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been granted provisional admission in the bachelors of accountancy course for the batch staring in 1st August 2012. As per your application form number 546565; you have filled the option for opting for commerce, business studies and accountancy as your preferred order of preference respectively. Since the seats in the commerce and business studies was filled up long before; you have got the opportunity to pursue  bachelors in  accountancy  course in our college. You are requested to secure  your seat by depositing the admission fees  before 25th July. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of your candidature and the seat would be offered to other eligible candidate. You will not be allowed to take part in future rounds of counseling of the college.

You are requested to submit your high school mark sheets and pass certificates once the board exam results are declared. Failure to do so in stipulated time will result in cancellation of the provisional admission granted to you.
