Sub- Letter for the Guardianship
Ref- Death Certificate of Late Daniel Taylor
I with this letter would like to express my interest to take guardianship of Mark Taylor who is son of Late. Daniel Taylor. After the death Daniel, Mark has left alone and being his brother of his father I hereby demand for legal guardianship of Mark.
Daniel got divorced after three years of marriage when Mark was only two years old. Although he won the legal custody for his son yet could not serve him up to his majority. Now Mark is 10 year old need right guardian for him.
I think I would be the right person for his guardianship to whom he is very close after his father.
I hope that court will take my letter for the guardianship in the positive way and will give a positive reply in this regard.
