Sub- Termination of Landlord Lease

Ref- Lease Agreement No.2541/ Dated June 01, 2011

With this letter I would like to inform you that I have decided to terminate the lease agreement as above mentioned in the reference. I thought that it would be right for you to give you prior intimation of termination lease from my side.

The reason behind the termination of agreement is that I have decided to build a house on the land which is on the lease. Since the actual termination of is far near on June 30, 2011 so I thought it would be right not to renew the lease further here onwards.

I would like to thank you for taking care of my land as like yours and if you want I would also like to suggest you any other land which you can take on lease.
