Subject: Agreement letter with reference to instalment payment

Dear Ms Dawson,

We are very happy that you have decided to do business with us and have purchased our state of the art kitchen collection for your home at 633 Little Penny Hill, Edinburgh. Based on our previous discussion, I would like to put into words the terms and conditions related to the payment for the items purchased. Since you have decided to pay us the amount in instalments, I would like to specify the arrangement here in details. The total cost of the kitchen items is 10,500 pounds and out of this, you have already paid us 3,500 pounds during the purchase of the products. The rest of the 7000 pounds will be paid in seven instalments of 1000 pounds each, to be paid every month starting from September 1, 2012. You will receive an online and phone reminder from our customer care officers about the payment and also a receipt after every payment.
