Subject: Outstanding profession tax
Respected Mr. Hendrix,
This is in regards to your outstanding profession tax which your organization is supposed to pay us for the year 2011. We are sending you this notice in that regards.
You were supposed to pay us last year’s profession tax on 1st of March 2012, but we have not received a single amount since then. Our officials tried to get in touch with your organization and when they did we were assured that the payment would be made. But, we still have not received the payment. We request you to make the complete payment by 15th of this month or else we would be forced to take legal action against your organization.
It would be great if you could get back to us regarding this matter.
