Dear Mr. Clooney
This letter is in reference to claim for the tax return. I have paid an advance tax for this year every three months. By paying advance tax for four quarters, the total amount went to $4890.
When I calculated the tax due on me for this year it came around $4150. Hence I have overpaid my tax this year. I hereby, claim for a tax refund from the period of January’2011 to December ‘2011 for an amount of $740. I have attached all the necessary documents like Tax refund form, Tax receipts, my Ids and documents for your perusal.
