Dear Ms. Clark:
We are KIDS Foundation, a non-government organization built to help the needy children with disabilities. Since our inception in 2001, we have been helping a number of children with disabilities from urban poor communities. We would like to invite your group to be part of our upcoming read-along session in Riverside, California. It is an event where a celebrity reader would be invited to read stories for the children-beneficiaries. It is our way of encouraging our children to read despite their economic condition. This will help them realize the importance of education on their lives.
In this light, we will be needing additional personnel to help us man the event. We understand that your organization has been conducting similar activities before, and we would like to know if you are interested to co-organize the said meaningful event.
The activity is scheduled to be held between December 17 and 20, but the final date will depend on the completeness of our logistical needs.
