Subject: Appeal letter to authority.
Dear Mr. Chris
I am writing this letter to appeal to your authority for poor condition of the drinking water supply in our locality. I would like to inform you that I am a resident of 34, Residential Towers, Western London for the last 22 years. I have never seen such acute drinking water supply shortage in our locality ever in my life. Earlier drinking water supply was available for twenty four hours in our locality. Six months ago the drinking water supply was curtailed to twice a day for a frequency of one hour only. Now for the last one month drinking water is supplied only once on every alternate day. I appeal you to investigate into the matter as it is becoming impossible for us to survive on such a small quantity of drinking water supply.
I would request you to kindly consider my appeal and take necessary action for improving the same as soon as possible. I look forward to get a favorable reply from your side in this regard.
Yours Sincerely
Ryan Peterson
Resident
