Subject: Apology letter to tenant
Dear Mr. Chris
I am writing this letter to apologize for the water supply shortage that you are facing nowadays. It has come under my notice that the water supply in the entire Residential Towers is being disturbed. I have approached the water supply department of the Municipality Development Office to enquire about the water supply crisis. The authorities have informed that schedule repair work is being done and nearly 50 years old underground cast iron pipeline is being replaced with the modern rust free steel galvanized pipeline. They have assured me that the water supply will become normal in the next one month time once the underground pipeline replacement work is completed. The municipality is providing six emergency water supply tanks to every residential complex in twenty four hours time.
Hope that you will understand the circumstances and cooperate with us for the time being. Please inform me in case if you face any other problem while residing in the apartment. I will look forward for a reply from your side in this regard. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanking you
