Subject: Apology Letter for Behavior
Dear Mr. Adam
I am writing this letter to apologize for my yesterday’s behavior. I would like to remind that yesterday I went to your bank at around 10’o clock in the morning and I went to the customer care executive of your branch to enquire about the status of my application for granting housing loan. The bank executive asked me to contact you since I have submitted the application three months ago.
Unfortunately on getting a negative feedback from your side; I became furious and misbehaved with you. I felt very bad afterwards for the incident as I had completely lost my temper at that particular instant. I would like to mention here that I am a patient of high blood pressure as a result I lose my patience often. I would like to apologize once again for my rough behavior and feel very remorseful for the incident. I know that you are bound by various rules and regulations as a bank manager but I lost my control yesterday when I was asked to wait further for the loan. I am really sorry once again.
Hope that you will forgive me and look forward for a long term relationship with your bank of international repute.
Thanking you
Neil Gilchrist
