Subject: Request for contribution for Pennyville High School Scholarship Fundraising program
Dear Mr Jones,
On behalf of the students and teachers of Pennyville High School, I would like to request you and your company to kindly participate in the Scholarship Fundraising program that we are organizing on June 18, 2012 at the school premises where we hope to gather funds for our scholarship program for the underprivileged students. Since its inception in 2006, the Pennyville Middle High Scholarship Fundraising program has received donations of over $100,000 from people all over the community who have come together to help the students who cannot afford to attend the school and its extra-curricular activities. These donations not only help us to not charge any fee but also prepares the students with all the extra training and tutoring they require for taking part in competitive exams in the future.
We will be extremely honored if you take out some time from your busy schedule to attend our school’s scholarship fundraiser event and make a donation that will change the lives of hundreds of students and lead to a better future.
