Dear Mr. Gordon,
I am writing to announce my resignation from Gordon’s Travel and Tours, which will immediately take effect two weeks from date of receipt of this letter.
Truly, this has been a difficult and sad decision on my part. For the last 3 years that I have been employed by this management, I can truly say that it has been truly rewarding and worth remembering for me. It was a pleasure and privilege that I was able to work with you and with my fellow employees.
Again, I would like to thank you for all of the opportunities and the growth that you have given to me. I will always be grateful and thankful knowing that I was once a part of this magnificent team/management.
